Plants for Birds – old

Plants for Birds is Audubon’s program to encourage the use of native plants that provide food and shelter for our birds. COAC is proud to support this effort by providing resources to help chapters start their own Plants for Birds efforts.

National Audubon Native Plants Database

This user–friendly database allows anyone to search for plants native to a region at the ZIP code level. Find the plants that are really native to your area — they not only will attract birds, but also do well in your weather conditions with minimal maintenance needed.
