Council of Ohio Audubon Chapters. Ever hear of it? It’s a real organization and it’s alive again. It’s mission is to share best practices among Ohio chapters through workshops.

Members of WCAS initiated such a workshop on Oct 1, 2017. Six chapters attended the meeting in Parma, Ohio. We got a lot accomplished! During the meeting we discussed many ideas that included: programming, projects and gaining support for them.

We will be having another workshop in mid-March 2018 in Huron, Ohio. It will be hosted by the Firelands Audubon Society chapter. We will have round table discussions and share what our chapters have done with membership involvement and fund raising.
